Very poor candidate experience. After applying for a role, Mark stopped communicating entirely despite telling me the CEO wanted to meet. I understand things change, but ghosting candidates is unacceptable and reflects badly on the recruitment process. I wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.

We have used Coburg banks a couple of times as they always seem to find us the right candidates. This time it was for a role that we were having difficulty filling. Not very impressed. I was contacted by a recruiter who was very nice and easy to talk too regarding a non existent role. I left work early and had two interviews the first with a director who seemed keen and explained the role. The second was a phone interview that lasted over an hour and I was told at the end the role did not even exist. I contacted Coburg banks to sk what was happening as it was an embarrassing situation and a total waste of time and have still not received any exclamation or apology
