I am absolutely shocked by how I’ve been treated as an outsider by this company. After being let go from a previous employer that already has multiple reports of being toxic and terrible to newcomers, I was hopeful to find a better opportunity here. I applied for a specific role through C&M, sent multiple follow-up emails, applied online, and even through LinkedIn — yet I haven’t received so much as a single response. To be completely ignored after making every effort is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Absolutely shocking experience!

Its been an year since I am applying to the roles on their website, i have applied over 100 roles on their website but never heard anything back from them, not even a rejection email. I feel sad for the owners that their staff is not competent enough. I have over a decade experience in travel with hands on experience on different crms and Amadeus. Worked in B2B and B2C roles, worked a a team leader on and senior manager in verious roles with experience of handling the team size as big as 60 people. Even after such extensive experience i never hear back from them. I would recommend people to not use them and waste their time.

With almost 20 yrs travel experience, I would think at least one of the 4 consultants I contacted would have replied even if the initial role wasn't suitable. Will not bother with them again!

Today I got an email from this company about jobs they're offering. I was added to their mailing list without my permission. I've never applied to any jobs with them before. My only contact with C&M Travel Recruitment was one LinkedIn message from a recruiter, Shannon O'Flaherty, two weeks ago. I responded asking for more information, which I never heard back from.
