I personally had the pleasure working along side Chloe Holmes. She was super supportive throughout the whole process of helping me successfully get my current job, she is kind and listens to all concerns and deals with them promptly. Can’t thank her enough!

I worked full days for City Calling but was not paid the full amount owed. Despite calling, emailing, and messaging, my wages are still missing and I am being ignored. I have reported the matter to HMRC and will be escalating to ACAS and the Employment Tribunal if it is not resolved. No worker should have to chase their wages like this. I would not recommend this agency.

This is a really good recruitment company and wonderful people who are really helpful.

False advertisement of jobs on cv library. They are collecting information from people. Be careful don’t say I didn’t warn you. They have a job for a site administrator in Westminster I been told you can start tomorrow and now the job is no longer available due to Rams not being ready on site and etc. Are you for real ?

Aaryan is an excellent agent who always takes time to communicate with you in a very expensive way and he also bothers to contact you in the mornings to let you know that he’s looking out for you for the day. Excellent member of staff.

Advertised a one day position, I called several times over a period of 20 minutes and nobody picked up (it was 3pm). Called again and went through another extension and finally got through, before I was able to confirm if the job was even available I immediately got pressured into sending over my details to 'register' with them however I told them Im not interested in handing out my personal information left and right if the job is not there.. been told 'its a colleagues job' and that they will ring me as soon as they are back, after 40 minutes and messaging them I got told they are not back yet... after further hour I call the office again and manged to get through only to be told the job has been filled already... Imagine if I had some other opportunity waiting and wanted to be fair as I spoke to them first yet got not given a toss about at all and bluntly ignored. Would never recommend for someone who is fair and threats their job seriously and use only if this is the last resort.
