After being made redundant three weeks prior, I picked up the phone after they had found my profile on a job seeking website. Within three days of numerous phone calls with Mark I was scheduled for an interview. Fast forward a week, and I'm due to start working for said company. 10 out of 10

Disappointed, would not use agency again. Add statuary holiday pay to supposed rate of pay, then deduct it without discussing it. Actually they don't discuss anything, and when you leave agency they disallow you to view your wage details Shabby outfit, ask your employer to use someone else

The guy I spoke on the phone sounded like he was very promising about getting me a job interview but hasn't still gotten back to me even if I didn't get the job atleast an update will be better than leaving me hanging. I sent emails and he hasn't returned back to me.

20 uninvited calls in the space of 2 weeks, plus text messages and LinkedIn messages. You would think after no response to the first 5? 10? 15? calls the individual would get the message that I had no interest in speaking to them. I never passed my details to this company or made any attempt to get in contact with them. Incredibly unprofessional, verging on harassment.
