Applied for a job through CCA. Had part interview with them and it was great. Had interview with employer after and never heard back from employer or Latasha at CCA. I assumed I didn't get the job but never had any confirmation or contact at all. I didn't get the job, but to be blanked completely after by Latasha was quite a surprise after being contacted regularly before. Definitely won't look be looking for a job through CCA again. Very insincere

Called them twice and emailed likey they asked. No response. I can see a lot of people have commented to say they didn’t respond. I have instead used hays who were far more responsive, took time to go through lots of things and been actively helping me find a job.

Please ignore the obviously frustrated reviewer with the one star feedback! Unprofessional is one thing CCA certainly are not. I know the Director here very well and what she doesnt know about the CC sector probably isn't worth knowing about. I have also met with some of the other consultants and can safely say they are knowledgeable, friendly, and all very much professionals. If you are seeking a role in the CC sector then please go via CCA as they have the best clients and network in Scotland and throughout the rest of the UK. (I am an ex recruitment consultant myself via Pertemps so we know what makes a good agency and what doesn't) Thanks
