As an IT Contractor I have used Cathcart for many years as a professional partner. Cathcart has always treated me well and I have formed close associations with some of the personnel there. Craig has very much a can-do attitude and goes to great lengths to ensure the contractor as well as the client are comfortable with the initial onboarding. I've experienced recruitment people in the past who, having made the hookup between contractor and client, appear to forget the contractor's existence once the deal is made. This was not the case with Craig, who exhibited genuine interest at all stages of the job, calling occasionally to ensure there were no problems, but without being intrusive.
