Significant Issues

This company is incompetent, they don’t tell you the truth, yesterday I thought I was on my way to new beginnings, instead I hit a brick wall, I was under the impression I would be in for a chance to be offered a warehouse operative position, I spent five days doing intense paperwork, which wasn’t sufficient time to it in, we were told to wait for link and to continually refresh the page until it came through. I spent three hours doing just that. My anxiety went up as I couldn’t understand why this was happening, I am also computer literate so I kind of knew something wasn’t quite right. I will be seeking to have all my information removed from their database, I will not be taken for granted like this. Fortunately for me I am with SIA and can continue with my security work, I chose this Amazon position for a change of work.

Avoid this company at all costs! They will only waste your time. They may reach out with a job offer nearby, confirm all details of possition, and then insist that you attend a 5-day course — in my case, it was supposedly for Amazon. At the end of the training, they send an email with a link to Amazon, claiming that you must refresh the page for 3 hours to apply for the job. The link will never work!

Significant Issues

Received numerous calls from them but for some reason they don’t know how to leave a voicemail nor know what an email address is. Attempted to call back but their staff must work part time or just not know how to answer a phone.

Significant Issues

I had a very disappointing experience with Castleview. I applied for a warehouse job and was told I had to complete a free one-week course after which I would get paid receive a certificate and start the job. However, none of this happened as promised. First, the **job application link they sent after the course didn’t even work**. Then, they **didn’t pay me correctly** for the training. Worst of all, they provided **no guidance** on next steps, didn’t help me secure the job, and **never even issued my certificate**. It’s clear they just want to **get people to join their course** without actually delivering on their promises. **Avoid them at all costs**—this feels like a complete waste of the and offer

Excellent

Brilliant week at Wakefield with Wayne Beadle a fantastic person lots of empathy for people struggling and actually a few good laughs he has the patience of a Saint. Not seen anything suggesting I will gain any employment through it though just a link for GXO which does not work. Cheers Wayne I wish you well for the future I for one would be interested if he comes local. To me again. Please pass on this review.

Fair

During the training, it was a fantastic environment after the first day as Wayne takes time in imparting the knowledge needed for the training. Though it was a long period. However, it was an interesting time spent. After doing a one week training course hoping to get employed, I can’t even get access to the link provided. If I was able to receive the link via email, how then they say my email address could not be found !!!! Am still not employed

Outstanding

I just completed a Lean management Course. It was really interesting. Wayne Beadle is a very good tutor, who explained every detail. It was an excellent experience and I have learned a lot.
