I recently used Carrington West as part of exploring new employment opportunities. Natasha Jones was excellent in guiding me through the process, sharing detailed background information on potential employers and opportunities. She kept in regular contact throughout and made the process very personable. The most useless recruitment agency ever. I was with them for over a year and they would regularly send me emails of jobs available, then once I replied I would hear 0 updates from them. A complete waste of time.

Have had many experiences where recruiters do not do the basics in terms of giving updates, I have to chase them, interviews take forever to be organised, but I have found a recruiter who does all the right things. Customer service was 10/10. Luke Clifford contacted me about a job I'd had conversations with another recruiter at CW about. A week later an interview was organised and it went well. I had other things lined up and ended up choosing a different career path as it had been my intention for some time, but Luke kept me in the loop, kept me up dated, kept the client updated regarding my decision and it felt like a smooth transition and people communicating with each other as oppose to one person chasing the other.
