Career Teachers

This agency is beyond awful. Went to the extreme lengths to sign me up and were chasing me up everyday only to ghost me and never contact me when the time had come for me to be offered shifts and bookings. Please don’t waste your time and apply elsewhere, all this agency does is sell hopes and dreams only to not pull through. Shame on you.

Leanne, Hamzah, and Christina have been a huge help in my journey. They didn’t just give advice—they helped me find real job opportunities in schools and supported me through every step. Because of them, I feel more confident about my future. Career teachers like them truly make a difference.

I've had a fantastic experience with Career Teachers! Christina, Hamza, and Leanne have been incredibly supportive throughout my journey. Christina was amazing at finding roles that matched my skills and preferences — she truly listened and went above and beyond. Hamza was always quick to respond to any questions I had and made sure everything ran smoothly. Leanne was equally helpful, always checking in and offering guidance when needed. Thanks to their combined efforts, I felt confident and prepared every step of the way. I highly recommend Career Teachers to anyone looking to work in education!

Very little supply work through this agency in the last 12 months and no explanation or feedback. (I have had work through other agencies).

My experience with career teachers has been really good so far, Hamza did my interview when I first decided to reach out for help in finding me a job in the teaching field, Christina has been really lovely and kind she has always been trying to find opportunities for me as well as the rest of the team. They are really hardworking and supportive I think this is a brilliant opportunity for young people especially if they have limited experience they will be able to gain higher experience and develop their skills throughout the way.

I've had a great experience with Career Teachers, in particular I've enjoyed engaging with their friendly and professional staff. Work has been plentiful and flexible, catering to my needs in terms of my personal preferences, whether that be in regard to the locations I would like to teach to the year groups I prefer teaching in. They also offer opportunities for ongoing professional development which is great. They are very highly attentive and communicative, always checking in to see that I am happy with my set up....I cannot recommend them enough.

I’ve really enjoyed working with Career Teachers. The team has been professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. A big thanks to Bobbie, Mike, and Hamza for their continued support—they’ve been great at matching me with suitable roles and always check in to make sure things are going well. I truly appreciate their efforts and would happily recommend Career Teachers to others in the education field.

Careers Teachers have been excellent Christina McLoughlin thank you for your ongoing support. It's been 3 years, I gave Careers Teachers 5 stars because they are honest, organised, great rate of pay depending on experience and understands the importance of flexibility especially as a working parent. No complaints from me.

Leanne is unprofessional and borderline rude.

My experience at Career Teachers, has been a very splendid one, right from the interview to date. They are very friendly and cordial when interacting with you making you have a sense of belonging. I have been working directly with Stephanie World who has been very available, proactive, understanding, always ready to listen and offer help and professional counselling where there is need. Steph as we foundly call her is someone you can trust to have your interest at heart while making sure that you give your best to her clients when sent out to work. In concluding, it is more like working with a family, than it is like working with your consultant. I would rather be here, than anywhere else.
