If anyone is struggling to find work in the north west area you need to get on the phone to these guys, especially Michael Webster, he has been outstanding at his job, he’s always informed me and kept me up to date with the work and what’s going on whether it be a Monday morning or a Friday night he’s always there with a helping hand, they have kept me busy for a while now and do not make broken promises, always keep you updated with what’s going on whether it’s a last minute cancellation and they then find you other work to keep your pockets filled, all are a great bunch of people and I’m looking forward to keeping in touch with these for the next foreseable. I am definitely delighted to say that this recruitment agency is the best I have ever come across, I could not believe how quick the process was to get started. I rang them at around 3pm and got put through to the most loveliest and kindest lady by the name of Helen who told me everything there was to know in regards to the job role, also answered all my questions. Not only that, Helen was due to finish at 4pm, but because of my need to get into work immediately, she decided to email me the registration link which I filled in accordingly and then called me later in the evening in her own time and made sure everything was correct by taking her work laptop home to help complete the process of getting into work faster. This is what I consider going above and beyond for people in need of opportunities to help deal with these difficult times we live in. So thank you so much again Helen you are an absolute star 🌟

Awful communication, they said they had an interview for me on Tuesday last Thursday. They proceeded to tell me they would contact me, but they never did. After having to contact them on 3 different occasions, they finally told me the job wasn't available anymore. Very unprofessional, wasted my time, and I think they just wanted my data from their very frustrating registration process.
