Was cold called by Syed Raza about a role, I was very interested, he sent the details. Never heard from Syed again, despite sending emails. Sadly, yet another case of these horrible recruitment agencies giving you hope of a possible job, to them vanish. It’s to do with number of contacts they make apparently, there is no job. If this ghost outfit cold call you, just hang up and sane your energy for a firm that actually cares, these duds are just frauds disguised as real people

Extremely rude, unprofessional and patronising behaviour by the owner. Conversation felt like an interrogation and it felt like he was playing God just because he can put some young candidates name forward for interview. A hugely humiliating experience. !

Praise: I have dealt with this company four times now. The first time they actually worked for me finding me a finance team member and then a few years later when they found me a contract role, and then recently when they found me a permanent role. At all times I found them thorough, professional, efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. First class service. I dealt with two directors, Sheldon and Tom. Very good service.

This company is one of the best recruitment firms in the City. Sheldon Paule spent 20 minutes ensuring me that the role I was interested in was a fit for my skills, my career and salary aspirations, my goals and that he was satisfied I matched to company culturally before we discussed anything further. He secured me an interview. Sent me quite a bit of detail to help me prepare (unlike his competitors at other companies who just gave me a time, date and spec).He then gave up part of his Sunday to brief me via Zoom for 60 minutes in detail how to prepare for the interview and what might be expected of me. He was meticulous and professional as well as humorous and put me completely at ease. I have never come across such a recruiter before. I was absolutely amazed. I have been offered the job and accepted.
