I had a fantastic experience with BMS Performance during what was a really challenging time in my career. After applying for a role and completing one of their sales workshops, I was introduced to Hannah Lamb, who has been incredible from start to finish. Being made redundant and facing a difficult job market was tough, but Hannah supported me every step of the way. She consistently encouraged me, guided me through opportunities, was patient with me as she knew I was looking for specifics, and was always there when I needed advice or reassurance. More recently, after trying a different approach to my job search, I reached out again and Hannah quickly matched me with a role that was exactly what I had been hoping for. She connected me with Sarah Hamill, who led the interview process and provided outstanding support throughout. Although Sarah was incredibly busy, her communication was excellent, responses were always timely, and I received coaching and reassurance at every stage. Sarah was very helpful getting me for a “yes or no” before the weekend as she knew my anxieties could be calmed, and I could celebrate with family over the weekend. Thanks to their dedication and support, I received an offer for what truly feels like a dream opportunity. I’m incredibly grateful to Hannah and Sarah for their professionalism, encouragement, and commitment. As a neurodivergent person, job searching is an incredibly nerve wracking, hard, and daunting task, which is why I couldn’t recommend BMS Performance, Hannah & Sarah, more highly as I believe I couldn’t have done it without them! 😇

I just wanted to start off by saying Sarah Hamill and Natasha Holland was nothing less than exceptional at BMS. I’ve worked on the tools in construction for over 6 years, I then applied for a Graduate Sales Role within a UK leading electrical distribution company knowingly it was a shot in the dark but I succeeded with pure professional guidance and full support the whole way. Ive now been offered to work for a great company and look forward to my future career at Edmundsons Electrical Ltd. I couldn’t possibly thank the ladies at BMS enough and everyone else who contributed in giving me this once in a lifetime opportunity. Pure class is the words I’m looking for. Thank you BMS.

Clare was extremely professional throughout the entire interview process.
