Please avoid this company, they are not bothered about you. After being asked to send my CV to Claire I never heard back from them. I chased them a few days after by telephone around 8.45am but was told by Claire she had just got in and will call me back (which was fair enough) I waited for hours and hours throughout the day but no call or any acknowledgment via email either. A week later I call again & spoke to Claire. I asked her if she had read my CV & she asked me questions regarding what kind of work I was looking for etc. She did say she had nothing for me but will let me know if anything comes up. If she had told me this before I had to chase her it would have been appreciated but I was left disappointed with it. I have a job now and a great recruiter who gave a damn about me. Avoid this company!!!

It pains me to even put one star down on this review . I contacted BFLF last week and was rudely advised by Claire to send over my Cv and someone would call me back which I thought at the time was a little abrupt ..A week later I have rang again and spoken with the same woman Claire who made it clear she had not bothered to read it .i asked why this was the case to be told she was busy and hung up on me . When I called back she answered without even apologising and simply continued to be pass aggressive with me . Her dog was barking in the background and she was not at all interested in what I had got to offer ! . There is no hope for me looking for work if this is the treatment the main woman there is giving me ! Christ knows how professional she is with her clients .. just pains me that I’m out of a job and she is still in one . Will definitely not recommend her services to anyone . Anyone reading this please be wary

Absolutely fantastic Recruitment Agency. Always fast responses. My Pay was always on time and correct. My main point of contact was Cheryl. Nothings ever been too much trouble for her. I have been out of work for 13 weeks claiming no benefits but have had a job for the past 2 weeks and was due to be paid 23/6/23 but Big Fish didn’t make the payment and we’re completely unresponsive to all my efforts to get through to them Friday afternoon and all weekend , utterly disgusting customer service and a company who have left me penniless all weekend.

I Have worked for this company for 4 months, find them to be very professional and helpful, would definitely go back if I was looking for work again, thanks Cheryl and team x
