I used this agency recently and I can honestly say if you want a decent wage paying properly and on time find a different agency.

TO ALL HGV C+E DRIVERS AVOID… AVOID…..AVOID!!!!!! BE Recruitment in (Leicester) will make you register, do 4hr assessments, promise you a start date and then let you down… days and days of pay forfeited, with no updates, no communication and no APOLOGY… They moved the start date multiple times and then said… WHEN the job starts it will be consistent work!!! Well the million dollar question you should be asking yourself is when does it start????? If any of you are hearing that line and have already signed up… RUN A MILE!!! Don’t be dragged along with that false string of promise and hope down the road called dead end!!! People wonder why no one’s joining the industry and those that are here are leaving… It’s because of agencies like these!!! Having a clean license is not enough! Passing a driving assessment is not enough’ You have to have another skill set…which no one talks about: The ability to deal with dis-honest, selfish, chancers… in a way that dosn’t compromise your character!!! You’ve been warned !!!

I’ve used BE Recruitment in the past between the years of 2022-2023 and unfortunately their reputation has gone downhill from there. Communication would be inconsistent, and several promises they made were not followed through, which left me and others I had recommended their services to unsupported. Coincidentally I had just come across making a deal with one of their employees on Marketplace for the sale of an iPhone, used by the agency as a work device, which I had picked up from their office. What wasn’t disclosed was that there was a fault with the display screen, and despite raising the concern multiple times, I never received any acknowledgement or resolution from the Managing Department. Instead of contacting me directly, they passed messages on using 2 of their employees - who were friendly but ultimately could not help me. This experience felt extremely unprofessional and has completely damaged my trust in the company. Based on how things have changed over the years, I can no longer recommend this agency or will use their services again in future.

Really strange behavior from this agency, we supposed to get a job in Lutterworth, then had a walk around everything looked ok suppose to have a training next day, but in the morning was everything cancelled, from the agency lack of communication and professional 🙄 I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
