Should have checked the feedback before taking the course, otherwise I would not have. Waste of time and course not relevant to what I have applied for. Just like other people below, no one gets in touch after the course. Same old story. Was quite optimistic when I heard there is available shift at my local only after doing the course. No phone call to keep me updated or a single word. Might as well operate as a sales company since the pitch was quite convincing. Two stars because the tutor I did the course was nice and informative. The agency is a different story. The tutor even thought we would get a call after the course.

During my time working for this agency I was looked after by a delightful Lady named Siobhan. She was extremely helpful and responsive to any queries and questions that I had whilst working for the company whilst remaining both friendly and professional throughout. I would without a doubt recommend this agency and Siobhan as a place to work for anyone looking for likeminded work and any services that they have to offer.

Excellent Agncy to work for nothing but good words to say

Attended their one week Lean Manufacturing Course near Shirley B'ham in September 2025. Trainer told us all without a doubt there were positions waiting to be filled. Attended induction/walk around at ZF Perry Barr Birmingham. Passed the theory test. Called Baltic for updates on any positions/jobs. It's now January 2026. No job offers! No communication! Bit of a let down really :(

After having very little experience in job hunting due to working for the same company for 6 years after leaving school. I decided to try Baltic recruitment and can safely say the experience was nothing short of perfect. Adam Burnham contacted me and from our very first phone call he filled me with confidence and found me exactly what I was searching for. He made the whole process incredibly smooth and easy for me, checking on how things were going and going above and beyond to help me. After completing my first week at my new job,i cant thank baltic recruitment,Poppy especially for all their help in getting me my new career. Poppy was nothing short of amazing,firstly ringing me and contacting me about the position to helping me apply and going through everything i needed to know,not only that she regularly kept on contact to update me about any requests i recieved from my new employer. Thank you again.

Wouldn’t believe a word these people say when they tell you they have a job for you but you must complete a course first, completed the course and didn’t have a single job for me after I passed the course, it’s been 3 weeks now and still not a single phone call to offer me any work, just trying to get people on courses to gain funding!!

Great experience with this agency… good communication and Siobhan was very helpful 🙂
