Very poor. Can’t speak for all staff but the members i’ve spoken to either don’t reply to queries at all, or they speak to you and make it seem like everything is well, only for them to disappear completely. Either way - they ghost you. For whatever reason, it’s common decency to be informed/kept up to date. Won’t name any names apart from Jack Moss who is a real asset to the company. He is the only person who has had the decency to keep in touch and inform me about the roles.
