Contacted me via e-mail, said that they had a vacancy for me, 7 days later still no follow up.

They wasted my time and money for a fake interview.

A complete farce. After receiving a job offer, they stopped responding to inquiries. Absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise against working with them!

Worst agency I've worked with, was called by them about a job. I followed up with more questions via email, never got a response. Called them directly, said the agent was on lunch, they never called me back. Called them next day, same thing. Bunch of time wasters.

A rude company. They called me, asked me to call back, and then kept hanging up on me when I did.

Worst recruiter ever. I asked more questions about a job advertised by them. Got a call back on the next day from a recruiter who had no clue about how to talk or recruit people. They spent minutes asking general questions which are all covered on my CV and other several minutes trying to put me me of going ahead with my application after I explained several times what my reasons for leaving my current job were and what I was looking on a new role. The guy made me think that I was wasting his time such as applying for a job I did not want. So, let's be clear, I spent my time on job boards and social media, got an email from the recruiter, replied back asking for questions, got a phone call, answered that immediately, talked to the guy for minutes and yet he probably thinks I was not interested on the job? What a joke. I am also a hiring manager and this experience shows me how bad some recruitment agencies are, like this one.

Downloaded my cv without permission and told me they will keep it unless I email them to say I don't want them to even though I didn't want them to in the first place, I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them

I think they are ok. I've got a call from Mike regarding my application and I appreciate that .He was among few recruiters who called me.Since now on I'm gonna be more selective with recruitment agencies. All recruiters from which I never heard back I'll put them on a black list.I'm still waiting for their answer either it will be good or bad.

Honestly, the best recruitment agency! Harry helped me soo much to secure my new job. He guided me through every single step of the way, as well as went out of his way. I sent him a recorded voice note of my presentation and even though he is super busy, he still managed to take time out for me and provide me with feedback. I will never forget this! Thank you soo much once again Harry and AVD Appoint!

I recently dealt with AVD and I must say the experience was amazing. Jeremy called me up about vacancy he was looking to fill and I asked to be put forward for the position. From start to finish Jeremy was amazing and the attention to detail and service he offered was second to none. I did get the Job but the way he prepared me for the Interview helped alot. And I must stress even If I did not get the job this review would not off been any different. AVD are a class act and the best Agency I have dealt with.
