Ashley Rees Associates

Ashley Rees Recruitment were extremely helpful throughout my job search. Gareth provided constant support and guidance, kept in regular contact, and really took the time to help me prepare for interview. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional and reliable recruitment assistance.

Gareth was very helpful and supportive. Whilst I wasn't a fit for the role I had initially applied for, Gareth suggested another position which I was much more suited to. He guided me throughout the application process, and made sure I knew he was around if I had any questions. Highly recommend.

Supported in finding my next career role by Gareth at Ashley Rees Associates. With lack of recent experience of interview skills, the support received throughout the process with clear guidance and advice at each stage helped secure the job I was looking for. Gareth is certainly well experienced in his job and has provided a fantastic service and restored my confidence in my own skills.

Thank you so much, Gareth Bundock! Your help and support with everything have been truly invaluable. Working with you has been a pleasure, and I’m incredibly grateful for all that you’ve done.

Gareth is great to work with. I have worked with a few recruiters before and you can tell the ones who are in it for the money and who genuinely wants to help you. Gareth is definitely the latter!

Gareth noticed I was in the market for a new role and approached me with some fantastic oppertunitys. He took the time to get to know me and my requests. Not cutting corners and always championing myself as a candidate. Thank you Gareth!

The director of the company Gareth emailed me regarding a job I had applied for, baring in mind they are a recruitment agency asking why I havent stayed in roles very long which to start with is very rude and unprofessional. Baring in mind this is meant to be the company director I could of had health issues or been made redundant for all he knows. Bit of a joke clearly has no actual knowledge of recruiting and embarrassing maybe you should think about how you approach potential candidates especially when you can be reviewed. Would not recommend companies using them if you actually want them to find you a candidate they will just insult you instead of building a rapport first. First rule of recruiting build a rapport and select good candidates not put them completely off your company and potential employers you recruit for.

Gareth of Ashley Rees Associates is a recruiter I would highly recommend. He understands the very specific hiring needs of our small company and this is reflected in how many successful candidates he has placed with us.

Can’t recommend Gareth enough. Very professional. Very friendly and very approachable. Very grateful that he helped me find my new job. Thank you Gareth 👍🏻
