Got a call explaining what was wrong with my CV - whilst I appreciate the feedback which is hard to get, it was delivered in a very rude way - laughing at spelling errors etc. I am mentally disabled (which the recruiter doesn’t know) and many people with dyslexia etc exist and work in a corporate setting. Useful to know, but didn’t need to rub in that those kind of errors mean you’re not qualified to work in a certain area. Could have been delivered in a much more professional manner.

Interesting problem with Artis. Advertised a role with Hew on LinkedIn. It leads you to the website (lovely website, excellent touch putting the recruiters face and name to it). But when applying you're met with an error in application message. When trying to contact Hew in the specialist "HR Recruitment Division" the mailbox is full. A recruiter not available, a mailbox full. It's not great.

Contacted me out of the blue twice about the same vacancy, twice agreed I’d like to apply, and then both times I heard nothing further and my calls and emails were ignored
