Arc Recruitment

I registered with Arc at the end of January, I can honestly say that I’ve had the best experience. Arc is completely different to any agency I’ve been to before, and by far the best. Sophie is personable, professional and demonstrates a high level of industry knowledge as well as ensuring the roles discussed would be the right fit for me. I’ve met all the ladies in the office, all of which are lovely and friendly. Thank you Sophie for all your help, let’s hope I’ll be fixed up soon.

If looking for work or more support to get back into work. Then this is the place to go. Sophie an the team are so helpful an friendly too. They put you at ease an discuss all options with you

I have dealt with Emma Graham for many years whilst needing staff and Emma never failed my needs with placing suitable candidates. Having recently being made redundant, Emma was so helpful and understanding and placed me with a fabulous local company, which I love. Emma knows her clients so well and ensures they are only placed with Co's in line with your personality and capabilites. I would highly recommend Arc for all your staff requirements.

Well run company - Emma was very professional and friendly :)

Emma & team were brilliant at keeping me busy with temping work in-between my roles, great communication, easy to deal with, all in all a great experience

Arc Recruitment were incredibly welcoming and respectful throughout the process. I worked with Emma Graham, who was friendly, professional, and quick to respond at every stage. They helped me find a suitable position that matched my preferences without applying any pressure. As well as being organised and efficient with everything from the initial application to scheduling the interview, they kept things moving without delays. As an accounting graduate, I was pleased to secure an interview with a local firm within a week, and I’m now working on a temporary one-month contract to see how well it fits. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and supportive recruitment experience.

The staff at arc recruitment are so hands on and fast paced. I sent my cv and was responded to within an hour. I have found temp work which suits all my needs and meets my requirements. They make me feel so supported with their regular check ins and I can’t recommend them enough :)

Fantastic team, very helpful and professional at all times. Highly recommend 👌

Couldn't think of a negative comment if I tried, fantastic team, extremely helpful, I'd highly recommend

I drove from Todmorden to Halifax for an interview with Arc Recruitment. Traffic coming into Halifax was heavy. I am aware that this would have be the ideal time to inform the agency of my potential late arrival however, the satnav said I would arrive on time. Parking around here is atrocious, all the car parks were full which led to me being around 10 minutes late for my interview as I had to find a parking spot. After driving around 3 different car parks, I finally found a spot on Arches Street (a 5 minute walk away). Upon arrival I was told that I had missed my slot today as someone was now using the interview room. I explained that I could not find parking spot and when I suggested that I was not advised about the parking situation prior to our appointment, one of them scoffed at me. Little to no understanding from the office dwellers at Arc Recruitment and they did not offer me another appointment which left me quite bewildered and irked. Thanks for wasting my time, energy and fuel.
