Very bad experience with the Talent Lead.

Potentially illegal/improper practice. Was given a provisional job offer around a month in advance. 3 working days before I was due to begin, they pulled the job and cited 'unforeseen circumstances'. Was told another role would be sent across and it wasn't. Currently getting some legal assistance on the matter over contractual/discrimination issues.

Never answer calls

This company is using discrimination practices. Try to avoid it by all means! I am going to file an official complaint against them. So far the worst company in this field

I was referred by someone inside the company and therefore applied for a Bilingual Sourcing Specialist position in Belfast. The interview went very well and according to the website, I was supposed to be given an answer within 48hs. So I waited and after a week, seeing that NO ONE had called me I decided to talk to the person who referred me (She probably spoke to someone) and then I got a call to tell me that a few more candidates had appeared and they had to interview them. They told me they would reply by the end of the following week...and no answer, so I waited until the following week and called them to see if someone could have the decency to give me an answer. Reception passed the message on but still no reply... I called 2 days later and insisted, and a few hours later, someone from their office in Ballycastle called me to simply tell me that...the position was no longer available!! After almost 3 weeks waiting I HAD TO CALL THEM TWICE so they could give me an answer. Basically, wasted 3 weeks of my time waiting for a job that I was probably never even close to get (Apparently these things get cooked internally) The impression I got when I had the interview quickly changed from a very positive impression to the worst possible. This is a company that works in the recruitment field, which is even worse! They should be more careful about these things, as it damages the reputation of the company Everything in the website is about how much integrity they have...all their core values all the philosophy...bla bla bla, but that turned out to be quite far from reality, at least in my case. They could save all the philosophy and not waste people's time. Very unprofessional... Forget all the "awesomeness" on their website, and think about this review when you apply for a job there. I hope they are at least saving the good manners for their customers.
