Alan aimed to provide employers in the Property, Estate Agency and Financial Services sectors with the best candidates for their business by using his wealth of experience in the industry to identify the most talented individuals.

The company quickly thrived and, within five years, had also expanded into a franchise group, offering clients and candidates hands-on local knowledge in all four corners of the country.
