Alexander Fisher Recruitment was conceived over 10 years ago as a construction recruitment agency by husband and wife team Jeremy and Heather Fisher.
Their respective backgrounds and experience in on-site construction and sales provided the perfect combination. The agency has expanded in recent years to incorporate a total of six specialist divisions: Construction, Executive Search, Medicals, Post-Construction Cleaning, Crane/Plant and General.
Our honesty and commitment in recruiting the right candidate has resulted in both client and potential candidate loyalty. We don't bombard you with irrelevant CVs so you think we are working hard, we love what we do and get satisfaction from placing the right candidate in a role.
Despite claims to the contrary, no agency have candidates who are 100% reliable! We have been in this industry long enough to have heard all of the excuses! Our experience has taught us the skills necessary to ensure we send you the best candidates. We always go the extra mile to screen potential employees and our Directors will offer support if needed on our dedicated 24 hour line.

I used this agency for 2 months and when I changed jobs and stopped working through them they refused to pay me my last days wages. I called them many times over the space of a few weeks to recover the money and their staff would continuously tell lies. They would tell me "I will call you back in 5 minutes" and never did. I think I must of phoned them about 20 times. The manager choose to ignore my whatsapp messages. They are still refusing to pay my last days wages so this is a well deserved 1 star as this is a criminal offence.
