Pretending to have vacancies that don't exist so they can gather CVs and try to look to employers as though they have personnel available. Time wasters.

Rubbish agency, you call them about the job offer they sent you first and when you call, there is no person who can provide information. Waste of time!

I am not on the books with Alexander Associates. Alexander Associates contacted me by email stating ‘I have a position available that I wanted to run past you. Please let me know if this is something that could interest you & we can arrange a time to speak in more detail.’ I emailed back stating my interest in said position, i heard nothing back, I called the following day and was told HS was in a meeting and would call back, I heard nothing, I emailed again reaffirming my interest, I still haven’t heard back! The level of unprofessionalism from Alexander Associates and HS is truly poor.

I have dealt with several people from this agency four years. Always contacted me and I sent my CV+portfolio. In november their employee asked if she could call me. I said yes. than she ignored me even my email. I am currently 20y experienced. I have received email from same employee starting from grads to 6+ and some mentioning for principal. I sent her emial, I called but they said she had meeting. Since than nothing. Completely unprofessional. I complained to senior agent on Friday and she understood. But just now on Monday owner called me and said their employee is right and she did right thing to send email which was for many people. NO.1 before they kept sending email only to me with special offers, Email was addressed to me. So If you are sending mail to specific person, make it specific with offer which respect to people work. I told them it is purely unprofessional to treat someone with 20y experience this way. He refuse to accept she ignored me since November. He said he cant say anything since he cant see email. His senior engineer could see in on Friday. I must say this is one of the most unprofessional agency I have ever worked with. Some previous agents at least were nice. But owner will never take responsibility for his employees bad approach to client. So be prepared, it is as he said It is your feeling and you can feel that way. Without even looking at emails. Ridiculous. PS: To owner respond: no you didnt say you have to investigate. You said you cant see it so you cant respond. I said I can forward it to you. You refused. If you are sending group email, than don't put person name on it and it would be clear. It came straight to me as Katarina Hi. So it is lazy. And keep sending small offers to someone with 20y is showing how you dont care, you just send group mail. It isnt about being offended, it is about lack of professionality from your site. If you send group mail with grads or 3-4y experience offers to everyone, thats show me, that you dont take it seriously. I would wander, if you send even director position pepole these kind of offers. Says a lot about approach
