Very unprofessional and unreliable attitude. I work as an independent banking consultant. A few months ago I had an interview with a potential banking client through this agency which they told me that it led to an offer. They never provided any documentation of the offer as expected. At the time I had to decline as I was contracting with another bank and could not start right away, but the agency did not disclose this information to the client and let them believe I had accepted their offer instead. A month later the agency called me again saying that the role was still available and asked me to send them documents such as passport and bank statements for the background screening which I did. After a few weeks they confirmed that the background screening and onboarding were completed. 10 days before the start date we spoke on the phone and I was reassured that everything was fine while they committed to send a contract right away. 2 days later they called me to say that the client had pulled the offer. They were unable to provide any further explanation. All in all very unprofessional, fishy and unreliable attitude. They do not value people's time or have any consideration about the handling of private data.

A recruiter from Alexander and Ash contacted me ref a role as a consultant. After speaking to her on the phone and sending her my CV as requested, she informed me that my experience matched the requirements of the job and that she would pass my details on. Having heard nothing back after a week I emailed her to ask for any feedback. This email has been ignored and absolutely no response has come back. It seems this is the typical response you get from recruiter's if they are not going to get paid a commission due to your experience or qualifications do not match the Jo’s requirements. If recruiters are not willing to provide an end to end service and follow up with feedback as this company has failed to do, then they should not waste job seekers time and energy

I was contacted for a change management role, I’ve taken time out to appear for the interview and was given the conformation that I was selected and that the offer letter will be out shortly. A week later they come back saying the project is not ready for launch yet and if I would be okay to relocate to another country as the project there was ready to launch. Absolutely unprofessional experience. Never got a closure from the agency about this.
