Advancing People

Dominic worked efficiently and tirelessly to find us a great selection of candidates that were ideally suited to the CEO role at our charity. With great communication throughout the process, Dominic enabled us to secure someone who was a superb fit for the role. Thank you for taking the strain out of this process!

The other rattings are all fake. You apply to a job and they send you a message saying they would like to discuss the job over a call. You call back and they say this is an automated message that they send to everyone!

I have had experience with a few agencies over my career and I can not recommend Dominic from Advancing People enough. I was so impressed with how much information and advice Dominic provided about a potential job match for me. He set up an interview quickly and talked me through the whole process of each interview stage. I hadn't had an interview in 12 years, so he made the experience so much more comfortable and easy. I only ended up securing the job too! All done in just over a week. He gave me quick feedback, always made time to talk to me, was polite, well informed, and friendly. I felt comfortable and he made me feel I could call with any questions at anytime. Dominic went above and beyond my expectations, and I am truly grateful. Keep up the good work Advancing People and thank you again.

I have worked with Janine Tregidgo at Advancing People for many years now and she has consistently helped us, at Care Choices Ltd, to source suitable candidates for recruitment opportunities within our sales team. Janine has a great understanding of not only our business requirements but also to match the personalities best suited for our company. Janine is a pleasure to work with.

Thank you, Kieron, for helping me in achieving my dream job. You were not only extremely helpful in providing all of the information about the recruitment process, but you were also super attentive to me. I could literally get the job in two days without the suffocating experience that is typical of hiring processes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Advancing People to anyone that is struggling with finding a new job. Have you all a lovely day!! <3

Dominic was friendly and informative the whole way through. He put me ease and helped me from start to finish. Through him, I couldn’t recommended Advancing People enough.

I am truly impressed with Advancing People, their communication was outstanding through the whole process. I felt like a valued candidate and I have successfully been recruited. Overall would highly recommend!

A little late (sorry Dominic!) but I wanted to (finally) leave a review for the absolutely first class service Dominic provided in securing me a role in April 2021. From start to finish, the process was simple, informative and communicated clearly to me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dominic and Advancing People Ltd in general for recruitment, and wish them all the very best for future endeavours!

Amazing
