My experience with 4M Recruitment is beyond incredible. Secured a position through the organisation and the application process to the onboarding was seamless. I salute the prompt response from Steve and follow ups throughout the process.

Within a week, Steve managed to get me a Teams interview, advised me on psychometric tests, followed by a face-to-face interview and phoned me with an offer! He kept me updated throughout.

I have worked with 2 other agencies in the past, so knew roughly how it all worked. 4M recruitment have been 'outstanding' and I wish I'd worked with them all the time. They communicate so well. Lindsay lets me know if hours have not been received, when they have been approved, when I will be paid and she is there for support on any query. I was very hesitant about using an agency after some bad experiences, but 4m have been perfect. Within hours of applying for a job, they made contact, secured me an interview and found out i had the job in less than a week! The paperwork side of things were easy and they kept in contact with me throughout the process which i appreciated as i can find that sort of thing a bit overwhelming. They were also very informative and helpful when it came to picking an umbrella company for pay etc. any questions ive ever had have been answered promptly and i really cant think of a bad or less than positive thing to say. Phil, lindsey and helen have all been great. & the best part is this week i was offered a full time contract with the company ive been working for the last 5 months.
