> Three separate conversation with the Wilton & Bain team, the last one with Laurence Ashby. The conversation was left with me having to do my 'homework' on who I could introduce him to in my network, so he could find me a role.  As well as additional versions of the CV, which felt more like activity to keep me quiet than actual feedback on my live CV. 
> It felt like the wrong way around for a recruiter that was not that well connected in the market place, interestingly no genuine follow up and I wouldn't recommend to anyone else.

> Do not understand the 1 star review. Wilton & Bain looked after me from day one, in particular James Royall. Expertly managed my search for a new position. Very satisfied with the solutions offered and James is a bright light in what is an oversaturated market.
