The whole process from initial screening to getting me an interview was smooth but James went above and beyond and almost guided me in to preparing for the interview. Once the interview was over I was immediately advised that I would be having a second interview and after 2 days I was offered the position. I cannot thank James and the Strive team for such a professional attitude which obviously made me very confident.
