> I partnered with Aimee and Step Ahead Recruitment during December last year whilst looking for a next Manchester based HR role.
>
> She is a fantastic recruiter and a huge credit to the profession. She was incredibly personable, efficient, followed up with clients I interviewed with and came back to me at every opportunity she could which from a candidate perspective has become almost unheard of. What could have been a daunting and worrying time for me, she made it anything but that.
>
> She gave great briefing calls making my preparation for interviews seamless and easy and helped set up interviews within days of my application. You can see she really takes the time to research and support both client & candidate and Step Ahead are lucky to have her.
>
> I couldn’t recommend both her and Step Ahead enough and will do so to any friend in need of a new role in a heartbeat.
>
> Thank you Aimee once again and all the very best for 2026 and beyond\!

> I recently secured a fantastic role through Step Ahead Recruitment and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Aimee, Mandy, and Michelle were all incredibly supportive throughout the process. They kept me well-informed, promptly answered any questions I had and made the whole journey smooth and stress-free. Their communication and professionalism really stood out and I’m grateful for their help in connecting me with such a brilliant business. Highly recommend\!

> I really enjoyed working with Michelle and being placed by her. I found her always responsive, a great listener, but most importantly operating with integrity and having my best interests as a candidate front and centre in the process. I would happily work with her again\!

> We have struggled for ages to find a recruitment company that fully listens and try's to understand our requirements, luckily for us Amy and Step Ahead Recruitment did just that\! Amy worked so hard in finding the right candidate for us, Amy never just sent over anyone she made sure to do her research and sent us A\* candidates. Amy made the process seamless and we would only now use Step Ahead Recruitment

> Michelle is always friendly, articulate and professional in all of her dealings with us, She knows the candidate role really well, and we trust that the candidates she sends to us have been thoroughly vetted but are also well on their way to becoming part of our team."
