> Don’t waste your time. Deceptive job ads acting like they have jobs for you but just want to place you to earn commission. Their business model thrives off deception and false hope. You are better than working for them, you can do more with your life. Don’t bother even if you get a role it is true lifeless work. Be more than them, you owe it to yourself.

> I have worked with Jay and the team at Solis a couple of time and it was a really positive experience. They are very responsive, very honest and they share candidate suggestions that feel relevant and clearly thought through. They also clearly take time to properly talk to candidates to understand their experience beyond their LinkedIn profiles.
