My agent, Saiad, has been very efficient in finding and securing me work. In June 2025, I was offered a TA position, and not long after that I was offered a long-term position at the same school. > > Smart Teachers is a great company to work for. Saiad is very supportive and always checks in to see how I am getting on and whether I need any additional support. > > I would highly recommend Smart Teachers. He is a highly competent, detail-oriented professional with natural leadership skills. > > While the role of a Cover supervisor presents unique logistical challenges—particularly regarding scheduling—Sam has consistently overcome these through his hard work and exceptional organizational abilities. The agency provides work sporadically when they are busy but for long periods of time string you alone with false promises. In addition, the daily rate is low. There is always attempts to lower your wages on the pretext that the school are reducing the wages due to 'money difficulties'. > In conclusion, Smart Teachers are not living up to its name. Not from the point a view of the employees, anyway. > Unless teachers are looking for one\( or two\) assignment per month. Or last minute assignment, as advanced bookings do not exist at Smart. Frankly, Smart is the least reliable agency I have worked for. ### Google review - Source: Google - Rating: 5.0/5 - Date: 2025-12-19 > User-generated opinion > Smart teachers as an agency is very professional when it comes to delivering on their responsibilities. Having worked with Matt and Sam as consultants for Smart teachers, they have exhibited extra understanding of how responsibility and work ethics are inextricably linked to achieve success. ### Google review - Source: Google - Rating: 5.0/5 - Date: 2025-12-19 > User-generated opinion > I have been very pleased with Sam Tinker at Smart Teachers. The registration process was straightforward, and he was able to find work for me within a few days. He seems to maintain clear communication with schools and appears to have good professional relationships with them. I have also found the Smart Teachers app useful. ### Google review - Source: Google - Rating: 5.0/5 - Date: 2025-12-19 > User-generated opinion > I have had a great experience working with this supply agency. They are very professional and easy to work with. I was introduced to them through someone I met during day-to-day supply, and from the start the process was smooth and efficient. He made me feel welcome and truly listened to my needs and preferences when it comes to work placements. Because of my positive experience, I have referred Daniel and Smart Teachers to a few other people. > > I have been working with the agency for over a year now, and it has been a great experience overall.
