> I reached out to Emma Baylis at Select late September and was met with a very positive attitude and friendly responses to each and every conversation. We went through my ideals and values, which led to a couple of opportunities to interview, which then led to landing a job which I had been struggling to do throughout 2025. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without Emma\! Great service.

> I've been with blue arrow since 1992 working all around the country, move to Norfolk 3 years ago from Cambridge lots of work but to far at times, joined select about 3 months ago, Wow the consultants there are so attentive helpful, wasn't sure how to use the time sheets so I phoned the Wats up number and the support was amazing, Helen has really been great setting me up with care homes which I love, just really friendly highly recommend Select if your looking for work full or part time, if your good there's plenty out there, thanks again select for working with me do efficiently, I'll be with them till retirement 💯

> I had an excellent experience working with Katie Dobson from Select Recruitment Specialists. From start to finish, she was professional, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right role.
>
> Katie kept in touch throughout the entire process, always quick to respond via email and phone, and made sure I was fully prepared for each stage. She took the time to explain the role clearly and provided great insight into the company, which really helped me feel confident going into the interviews.
>
> I couldn’t recommend Katie highly enough. She made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and enjoyable. Thanks to her help, I’ve now secured a fantastic new position, and I’m really grateful for all her support along the way.

> I have dealt with about 30-50 different recruiters and the majority fail in so many ways from their demeanour, professionalism, responsiveness, etc to just simply providing the best service they can. This is my first time with Select Recruitment Specialist and I have already rating them in the top 3\! Katie was amazing and actually worked with me; treating me like a valued person rather than just a number. She was responsive and fast acting in every way doing her job with a touch of class not seen in this business; and I know you all know what I am talking about. Because you all have had below par service. Great job and thank you for delivering the "dark horse" job for me.
