> I was in a temporary position through this agency. Unfortunately the workplace I was at let me go after only 3 days. I had inadequate training and was set up to fail on the printing machine. A lack of supervision and total disregard of being advised, led to many mistakes.
>
> I was being observed whilst using the machine and was allowed to carry on making mistakes. I had a rushed induction and wasn't properly introduced to the staff.
>
> I felt like an outsider being discriminated against and due to it being a temporary position, they use the excuse of terminating you at any time without reason.
>
> This gives the company and the agency an excuse to use you like cattle and have no respect towards your well-being.
