> Extremely frustrating to deal with recruitment agencies like Odgers Berndtson that don't communicate with their candidates. They waste time on calls and disappear without any updates. It's disappointing to see companies represented by such agencies, as it reflects poorly on their reputation. If you want to call yourself a Global Executive Search company, at least make the effort to keep candidates informed.
