> Michelle was just amazing. She supported me through a tough few months of interviews, was patient, supportive, and always there to follow up. The chances felt slim, but thanks to her, I got the opportunity I was hoping for. I can’t thank her enough for all the time and effort she put in.

> I had a great experience with both Tracy and Michelle. From my first call with Tracy, to the first interview with her which she put forward to my potential employer. So impressed with their expertise. After two more interviews I had a job offer\! Over the moon and start at the end of November 🤗👏🏻

> I have recently been offered a role with the help of Michelle, who was absolutely wonderful to deal with. What really came across was her knowledge of the business she was recruiting for and what they were looking for in terms of a candidate. As a result of this, she was instrumental in helping me prepare for the recruitment process, going the extra mile by always being on hand to help with any questions I had and offering really helpful advice. This was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had as a candidate, I could not recommend Niche enough. Thank you Michelle\!
