> There is a staff member called Kate who is very arrogant, impolite and unprofessional. She does not give you a chance to speak and was not willing to listen and cooperate. The job description specifically did not mention the hours, and she said that it was stated on there when it wasn't. Very disappointed and unhappy with her customer service.
