> Hi I have worked for ITS for 18 months now and would not work another hour for them. I am owed wages from the 2nd of Jan and even was under paid for Xmas week . I called the office when I looked in my bank account 2nd Jan and seen I was under paid contacted ITS but was ignored.  ITS didn't contact me until I sent them a message saying until my wages are paid into my bank I would not be returning to work. Then the phone didn't stop ringing. On Monday I received a call off Jim the director who also said I will be paid on Monday. Jack who works for ITS even gave me his word it would be paid. I will give them till 10am 13/01/26 to pay me my unpaid wages into my account or I will call Barret homes to see why they are holding my payment up as ITS claim it's down to them

> Unfortunately I drove an hour and a half to be told I need a fit2work which wasn’t informed by the agency. I asked for my fuel to be covered and they couldn’t because it’s out of their discretion. Not really fair to miss a day of work and be out of pocket.

> Appalling service. Sent my husband to numerous jobs, to only get there and be told that he wasn't needed and they had told the agency this. Unacceptable when this has happened more than once, and not just to my husband. Numerous people have said the same. The site agent even said himself they send people all the time when they are not needed. Unnecessary really. Avoid unless you want to waste your time.
