> Please stop using these third party interlopers if you’re a business, experienced engineers like me are not impressed by the poor experience we receive of these.

> My experience was similar to that of many other reviewers. Was approached unsolicited on LinkedIn by one of Hydrogen’s principal consultants, about a role. After we were unable to arrange a call between ourselves, I shared my CV, and reasons why I would be a great fit. Thereafter I didn’t hear back for a week, despite sending several reminders. The consultant eventually told me he hadn’t shared my profile with the client, and that I had missed the first round of interviews. Based on the above, I asked for my details to be removed from the Hydrogen site. I recommend other reviewers do likewise.

> They reach out to you on LinkedIn about an opportunity, you reply with some basic questions about the role, and then they proceed to ignore you, even with a further follow up message. Grossly unprofessional. Samuel Johnson is the name of the agent in question here.

> Had an interview arranged through Dean Jennings with Christian Garrett. Cancelled the Friday interview the morning of, rearranged to Tuesday so I took another day off work. Asked what time the interview is and still waiting for a reply from Dean.

> Unprofessional. Agents disappear and gave no response - Aiden Malik. He even asked me to write some spot lights about myself so he could send to the companies. What is a function of a recruiter??? Transfering amongst parties?

> Series of errors with my contract and unprofessional. Very poor experience and did not feel at all valued as a client. Avoid.

> Applied for a role via their website and also sent CV directly to Phil May with a covering letter, explaining why I was a very good fit for their client. Didn't receive any response and called the next day and left a message. All that happened was the recruiter sent me a connect invite on linkedin\! No interest in talking to me about my suitability for his client whatsoever. Best avoid this company if this is their usual service.

> I usually don't write reviews but this was much needed.
>
> Absolutely awful phone manner and pay no attention to detail on the job description or the candidates actual name. Was so obvious that the guy stole me as a candidate of another recuiter as I was initially contacted by someone else.
>
> I would suggest to train your staff how to talk on the phone, read the job description and learn the candidates name before approaching anyone for a new role.
>
> Plus I didn't even get an email that I requested for the job that they were so eager for me to apply for. Highly not recommended. You are dealing with amateurs.
