> **Profile-provided description**
> Once upon a time 25 years ago Ed and Jack met in primary school. They became friends instantly and then went on to going to secondary school and college together. We became best buddies, playing football together for over ten years for Gurnard FC and Cowes Sports. They went one step further and worked together in the recruitment industry for 5 years before they realised their synergy and work ethic would work well together to form a recruitment business by themselves. Hawkfield Recruitment was then formed with the core focus on making sure our clients get the service they deserve.

> A lot of people would say that recruiters are just out for one thing but I can be truly honest with you and say that with Ed that is not the case\! Someone who actually listens and take's care of his clients best interest. I have had the pleasure of knowing Ed for a few years now \(even when I am not job hunting, calls me to have a friendly chat\) I have appreciated everything that he has done over the years for me and would definitely highly recommend Ed\!
