> Claire at Genesis Employment Center was absolutely amazing to work with. She was professional, supportive, and truly invested in my success. From the start, she took the time to understand my goals and guided me through every step of the process. Thanks to Claire’s dedication and hard work, I was able to secure a job, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Her communication was clear, encouraging, and consistent, and she made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Claire and Genesis Employment Center to anyone looking for real results and genuine support.

> Hello Team,
> I am writing to share my feedback about my recent experience with your agency.
>
> Unfortunately, I found the attitude of the staff to be very unprofessional and disrespectful, especially towards job seekers. As a candidate looking for opportunities, I expect basic respect and polite communication.
>
> In particular, the front desk staff member’s behaviour was rude and unhelpful, which made the experience uncomfortable.
>
> I request that you please look into this matter and ensure your staff communicates with candidates professionally and respectfully.
