> I am currently working as a staff member with this agency, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience. The management maintains clear and respectful communication and always ensures that shifts are distributed fairly and in a balanced manner for everyone. All staff members are treated equally, with kindness, patience, and understanding. The team is very sweet, soft-spoken, and supportive, which creates a positive and comfortable working environment. I truly feel valued and happy to be a part of this agency.

> Messed around from the sign up and registration. Also very rude over the phone I would not recommend this agency. Also I’ve just received a call from an unknown number asking me to take a loan. Right after registering with FT Recruitment . I never receive these types of calls until just now.

> I had a great experience with DPD. The service was efficient, reliable, and handled with professionalism from start to finish. I would especially like to thank Kelise and Ria for their outstanding customer service — they were helpful, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their support truly reflects positively on DPD. Highly recommended.

> Great agency to work for. Honest and don’t partake in antics other agencies do. Taylor was especially exceptional.
>
> They send you to jobs you would like to stay in and I have been so pleased working with them and their client EV cargo.
>
> Both full of wonderful organised people. If i had not returned to my studies I would have continued with FT for as long as they’d have me 👍
