I have to say, it was the most fortifying experience - when working with recruitment agencies, it can be quite painful through lack of information, support and honesty - this experience was completely different, it involved a refreshing level of honesty, regular communication \(no matter that time of day\!\) and updates that allowed peace of mind in the process, genuine interest in my success in getting the role and following up regularly to check-in after i had secured it and embedded into the organisation, on top of this was the interview preparation support which just showed how much he understood the role, what the company were specifically looking for, the company itself, the hiring manager and leaning into my strengths to help target a really focused interview process.
