> I had a really positive experience working with Francesca. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely personable from our first conversation. Communication was clear, timely, and reassuring throughout, and I always felt well-informed and supported.
>
> Francesca took the time to understand my experience and what I was looking for, which resulted in them securing me a great interview that was well matched to my skills. Their approach felt honest and thoughtful rather than transactional, which I really valued. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to candidates or clients looking for a recruiter who is both effective and genuinely easy to work with.

> Francesca has always been great to deal with, 1st met her when she was at Thorn Baker and helped me find work then. Whenever I've been out of work she's the 1st person I go to. Wastes no time in getting you into interviews and making sure you're prepared.
