> I was approached by Dianne regarding a specific role. Her communication and friendly manner throughout the application process was spot on and she was more than helpful with any issues that came about. I highly recommend Forward Assist.

> Very refreshing experience as a job seeker. Dianne has provided me with ongoing communication about a role I was seeking, furthermore it seemed she really cared to get the right fit for the employer matching up with my experiences and personal needs.
>
> I would highly recommend Forward Assist as a job seeker even from a recruitment pov \(which I'm not currently in\), owing to the above but also explaining to me exactly what they're looking for beyond the job description.

> I applied for a role through Forward Assist Recruitment Ltd after a career in forces of just over 11 years. Job hunting and applying for very new to me but the support I recieved was incredible. From first applying Dianne got in touch and has been very supportive throughout, chasing up companies I have applied with and giving me advice when attending assessment centres/interviews.

> Do not waste your time with this agency. They advertised for Traffic Marshall's for a COVID 19 testing site in Portsmouth. I applied and was very quickly told that I was down for the Portsmouth site. A week later I had not heard anything but I did know that the Portsmouth testing site had already been open at that stage for 10 days. I e-mailed Forward Assist and explained all of this to them and asked them what the position was. They e-mailed me back saying "We haven't been told anything". \!\!\!\!\!\!\!\! I heard nothing further from Forward Assist \( this was 1 month ago\). Do not waste your time with this agency - because they will waste yours.
