> Similar to other's experiences here, I got an exciting sounding ping on LinkedIn for an 'ideal role' and then radio silence, both on LI messaging and then calling their offices and leaving messages. Seems quite likely that they find potential candidates for roles where they are not retained, in the hope of getting an 'in' for themselves. Not professional, and not helpful to the individual or the market. AVOID.

> Eames consulting are missing out on talent because they just do not respond to any messages, calls etc. Jonny cons, neil metcalf all just ignore. I have been a perfect fit for many jobs but just completely ignored. Funnily enough, I got interviews for the same roles they posted via other recruiters who spoke to me and put me forward. Very poor recruiter that fits all the negative things people think of recruiters.

> Totally rubbish\! I was contacted through WhatsApp by eliza asking if i need work. As a fully professional lion tamer, work is hard to come by and im currently out of work. I have a pet lion called Nibbles who lives with me, he's having to put a shift in at tescos catching shoplifters, just to pay the bills. I explained all this and never heard anything back. Shocking customer service. 🦁
