While joining the job search I came across E-Fab, who were amazing from day 1. > Elaine, called me to discuss vacancy she had. The job skills they needed matched mine and quickly arranged an interview. Both Elaine and Deirdre were on hand to support me with any questions I had, leading up to the interview. > The position I applied for was a success. > I've now been temping with E-Fab for 6 months, the level of commitment that comes from these two ladies is truly amazing. > If anyone is looking for their next career move then please get in touch with E-Fab to see how they can support you. > A huge thank you to both Elaine and Deirdre for supporting me and finding the right role. ### Google review - Source: Google - Rating: 5.0/5 - Date: 2020-01-14 > User-generated opinion > Great agency, friendly helpful staff, v supportive, no issues ### Google review - Source: Google - Rating: 5.0/5 - Date: 2019-09-13 > User-generated opinion > Fantastic Recruitment Company\! > > The quality of service you receive is second to none\! More specifically Elaine who is a professional, passionate, dedicated and knowledgeable recruiter. She really has gone above and beyond the call of duty for me. Also her level of commitment to candidates is exceptional. I have had a tough time trying to upgrade my resume and to bring it up to a high standard for future employers but with the guidance and expertise of Elaine, we have produced something that I am really proud of and cannot wait to showcase. Elaine genuinely believes strongly in her candidates and give you confidence within yourself. Very soon after I applied, Elaine Bleaney, the Director of E-fab, called me back and had a very long chat with me about my situation, experience and the role in question. I immediately found her to be incredibly knowledgeable about the job market in general, and particularly around Milton Keynes, and she was able to offer some really useful advice about job-hunting in general as well as some insights into some of the other roles I was applying for at the time. Thanks to her help, I had no problems getting appointed in that temporary role. > > I remained in that role for about three months and throughout that time, Elaine stayed in close contact, speaking to me at least every other week. She was sunny in all of my conversations with her and never impatient and she has a tremendous sense of humour. She also works incredibly hard and is often happy to pick up the phone outside of office hours. Itā€™s fair to say that E-fab isnā€™t the biggest recruitment agency in Milton Keynes but I discovered that Elaine and her organisation have a fantastic reputation with other recruitment consultants, with no professional jealousy. > > Elaineā€™s colleague Deirdre was also a tremendous help in the office, answering queries promptly and always ensuring I was paid on time. I found her to be friendly and polite on the phone, and she made any admin procedures easy to follow; during the sign-up phase, the agency had a fraction of the forms that larger companies have, which I really appreciated. > > I give Elaine, Deirdre and their colleagues the strongest possible endorsement for their services; they did a flawless job and Iā€™m incredibly grateful to them. They are relatively small compared with the likes of Office Angels or Reed but I would recommend them above any other recruitment consultant in Milton Keynes. ### Google review - Source: Google - Rating: 5.0/5 - Date: 2018-04-27 > User-generated opinion > Elaine at E-fab is great, always quick to respond and cheerful to boot. Very helpful, would recommend to anyone. ### Google review - Source: Google - Rating: 1.0/5 - Date: 2018-03-26 > User-generated opinion > I applied for a role through this recruitment agency and got a call the next working day. The recruiter then consistently belittled me on the call, tried to convince me that there was no point putting me forward as the client would not be very likely to consider me due to relocation \(keep in mind that she phoned me to tell me this\) and just wouldn't let it go. She then asked why I had left my previous employer and I explained, saying I had proof of my side of the story and that HR of that company agreed, and yet this recruiter kept insisting that I must be in the wrong. As much fun as being belittled for ten minutes by someone who is supposed to be helping people find jobs, I will never use this company again. ### Google review - Source: Google - Rating: 5.0/5 - Date: 2017-05-26 > User-generated opinion > Elaine at EFAB is amazing\! EFAB is defiantly the best recruitment agancy i ever used, all the others would take a while getting back to you or just leave you hanging - Not EFAB. Elaine called me regularly before setting me up in my new role. She kept contact and gave me as much detail as possible. I Am not very happy in my new Job that is perfect for me and i couldnt have done that with out Elaine, She made me feel like i was a friend that she was helping out\! hopefully i dont have to but i would defiantly use again ### Google review - Source: Google - Rating: 5.0/5 - Date: 2017-04-23 > User-generated opinion > Elaine maintained a very professional demeanour, and was responsive, well-informed and supportive throughout my successful job search with E-fab. Thank you so much :\) ### Google review - Source: Google - Rating: 5.0/5 - Date: 2016-12-20 > User-generated opinion > I found eFab Recruitment very helpful when looking for employment. I applied for a job but was informed the shortlisting process was already at the interview stage and I have probably missed out. However, Elaine kept on pushing to get me an interview and I ended up getting the job\! So I would definitely recommend them. ### Google review - Source: Google - Rating: 5.0/5 - Date: 2016-12-14 > User-generated opinion > Thank you Elaine\!
