> **Profile-provided description**
> The belief that there is no such thing as The ‘Perfect’ Job, the ‘Perfect’ Candidate, or the ‘Perfect’ Client, is the foundation of our success. Remember, none of us are perfect, we are human. Successful recruitment results in an employer-employee marriage and as with any marriage, each party knows the strengths and weaknesses they bring to the relationship, creating the platform for them both to grow and succeed.” Charlie Ryan \(MD\)

> Excellent Recruitment Company, even though i didn't get the job, at least they had the decency to inform me of that .. 99.9 % of companies don't bother but the people here were kind and respectful.

> I have used CMR Recruitment on a number of occasions for two of my businesses and I have always been impressed with the level of service, expertise and price\! I always refer CMR to my clients too and I know that every person I've referred to CMR have had the same experience as me. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
