Her professionalism is evident in every interaction—she approaches challenges with a sharp analytical mind, a strategic perspective, and an unwavering dedication to achieving the best outcomes. During my interview preparation, she went above and beyond, carefully analyzing my strengths and areas for improvement, coaching me on how to present myself authentically, and sharing insights that only someone with her experience could provide. What truly sets her apart, however, is the care and empathy she brings to her work. Even after the interview, she continued to offer guidance, thoughtful feedback, and encouragement, making me feel supported at every stage. Her kindness, patience, and ability to inspire confidence transform what could have been a stressful experience into a journey of growth and reassurance. Working with Sonja is not just a professional advantage—it’s a profoundly positive human experience. ### Google review - Source: Google - Rating: 5.0/5 - Date: 2025-09-27 > User-generated opinion > I have been supported by Care First UK Recruitment during my job search.
