Communication would be inconsistent, and several promises they made were not followed through, which left me and others I had recommended their services to unsupported. > > Coincidentally I had just come across making a deal with one of their employees on Marketplace for the sale of an iPhone, used by the agency as a work device, which I had picked up from their office. What wasn’t disclosed was that there was a fault with the display screen, and despite raising the concern multiple times, I never received any acknowledgement or resolution from the Managing Department. Instead of contacting me directly, they passed messages on using 2 of their employees - who were friendly but ultimately could not help me.
